Built for healthcare. Works for any business with Google reviews.

Unanswered reviews make a busy business look asleep.

People read your Google reviews before they ever call. Reviews sitting with no response, especially the unhappy ones, tell them nobody is paying attention. SureReply keeps every review answered and professional, without making it someone's job at the front desk.

It does not chase new reviews. It makes the reviews you already have look handled, written to a healthcare privacy standard so it is safe for any business.

Built inside a busy dental group. Now used by practices, clinics, and local businesses with Google reviews.

"Very friendly staff and Diana at the front was wonderful. My son loved the fish tank! Minus one star because parking can be tricky."
AI DRAFT Loaded from draft

Thanks for the kind words about Diana. She'll be glad to hear it, and the fish tank is a favorite around here too.

We hear you on the parking. Call us anytime and we'll point out a couple of spots that make it easier.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

The problem

Your reviews are public. Silence is too.

Everyone who checks you out sees the same page you do: the praise, the complaints, and which ones you bothered to answer. Reviews left untouched do not stay neutral. They make a good business look inattentive, and they make one bad review look like the whole story.

A complaint with no reply gets louder.

A negative review that sits there is the first thing new customers read. Your silence is the second.

Five voices look like five businesses.

Replies written by whoever has a minute read like a patchwork, because they are one.

Some replies carry real risk.

In healthcare, a careless reply can expose private information. Most general AI tools have no idea that is a concern. We started there, so we build for it.

Generic replies are obvious.

"Thank you for your wonderful feedback" gets noticed, and not in a good way.

Straight answer

What SureReply is, and what it isn't.

No games about what you're buying. The line is simple.

What it is
  • The easiest way to keep your existing Google reviews answered, professional, and handled.
  • A writer that drafts a reply to every review, ready before you log in.
  • Healthcare-grade and human-approved, so a public reply never becomes a privacy problem.
What it isn't
  • A way to get more reviews. We never message your customers or run review requests.
  • Another all-in-one dashboard you have to live in.
  • An agency writing generic templates that don't know your business.

If you want more reviews, that's a different tool. If you want the reviews you already have to stop looking neglected, that's this.

How it works

Three steps from review to publish.

Your team stays in the loop on every reply that goes live.

01

A review comes in.

Connect Google Business Profile once. New reviews land in your queue automatically, across one location or twenty.

02

SureReply drafts a reply.

The draft is based on your profile, your team, what you do, and the specifics of the review. It sounds like you, because it knows your business.

03

Your team approves.

Edit when needed, then approve and publish to Google. Or click Refine with AI for a quick adjustment. Nothing posts without a human's go-ahead.

Healthcare-grade by default

Built to the strictest bar, so every reply clears yours.

We started in healthcare, where a reply that confirms someone is a patient or references their treatment is a real problem. So every draft is written to never touch anything private. If it is safe enough for a dental office, it is more than safe for your business.

Never confirms a patient visit

The reply doesn't confirm or deny that someone is your patient.

No treatment details

Procedures, conditions, or clinical information stay out of every reply.

Privacy-safe wording, built in

Not a setting you turn on. This is how every draft is written, from the first word.

Your team still approves

The guardrails protect the draft. Your team makes the final call before anything posts.

SureReply works only with your public Google reviews, never patient records or protected health information. You approve every reply before it posts.

Example replies

This is what the writing actually looks like.

Three real scenarios. Each draft is ready the moment the review lands, written to be approved in 30 seconds, not rewritten.

Built here first

Proven on thousands of real reviews.

SureReply started inside a high-volume pediatric dental group running three busy offices. Thousands of real reviews, no time to answer them. The tool was built there, ran on real reviews every day, and now handles them for practices, clinics, and local businesses with the same problem. The hardest version came first, so the rest is easy.

A high-volume pediatric dental group

"I built SureReply because I was handed a real practice's review problem and couldn't find a tool I trusted. Generic AI didn't understand patient privacy, and an agency meant strangers replying to real patients. So we built it inside the practice, on real reviews, until the drafts sounded like the office and the tough ones were handled with care."

Ethan McConnell, Founder, SureReply
The honest version

The reasons businesses hesitate, answered.

You have heard the pitch. Here are the real objections, and the straight answers.

"We don't need another subscription."
Fair. This is not another dashboard to log into. A good reply takes 3 to 10 minutes to write, and across every review that is real time your team does not have. SureReply does the writing for $49 a location. If it does not save your team more than it costs, it is the wrong tool.
"Our platform already auto-replies to reviews."
Some do, with one generic template every customer has already seen: "Thank you for your feedback!" It is obvious, and on a real complaint it reads worse than saying nothing. SureReply is trained on your business and writes a specific reply to each review, so it sounds like a person from your office actually read it. The replies are the product, not a checkbox.
"We already get customers from our location."
Location gets them in the door. Your reviews decide whether they trust you before they walk in. Even people with no other option read the reviews, and a wall of unanswered complaints is a bad first handshake.
"This doesn't get us more reviews."
Correct, and we will not pretend otherwise. SureReply makes the reviews you already have look handled and professional. Getting more reviews is a different job for a different tool.
"Our front desk can just do this."
They can, and most weeks they will not. Careful, privacy-aware replies lose every time to a customer standing at the counter. SureReply does the writing. Your team just approves.
"I'd add it if it were built into a platform we already pay for."
Those platforms are dashboards with a reviews tab. None of them write the replies, which is why the reviews still sit there. SureReply is the part that does the work, alongside whatever you already use, for a fraction of their price.
The "AND not OR" argument

You probably already pay for a platform. The reviews still sit unanswered.

Birdeye, Weave, Podium, and their peers are dashboards with a reviews tab. The reviews still sit unanswered, or get an auto-reply that reads like a form letter, because a dashboard is not a trained writer. SureReply is the affordable layer that actually does the answering, in replies good enough to publish, next to the tools you already have.

What you need Do it yourself All-in-one platform Reputation agency SureReply
What it costs Your team's time. A good reply takes 3 to 10 minutes, and across every review it adds up, when it gets done at all. Typically $300-500+/mo. The reviews module is a side feature; pricing varies widely by vendor. Typically $300-500/mo. Agency writers who don't know your office or your patients. From $49/location/mo.
Who writes the replies Your front desk, when there's time. Often nobody. A generic auto-template, or nobody. Not a real writer. Agency writers working from a template. Slow turnaround. Drafts in your voice. Your team approves every reply before it posts.
Reply quality Depends who is at the desk that day. One template for everyone. Customers can spot it. Generic empathy language from writers who don't know you. Trained on your business, written for each review. Reads like a person from your office.
HIPAA-aware wording Hit or miss. Depends on who's writing that day. Not typically included. Rarely. Agencies write for many industries. Built in. Every reply. No setup required.
Negative reviews Stressful. Often skipped or answered poorly under pressure. Unanswered, or auto-responded with a generic template. Slow turnaround. Generic empathy language. Coached strategy, guided wording, human approval required. Never auto-posted.

Competitor pricing is approximate and varies by plan, contract, and location count.

What you get

What it does for you, not a spec sheet.

Not a generic review platform. The specific things that make replies fast, safe, and worth reading.

Safe to publish, every time

Every draft is written to avoid confirming who someone is, referencing private details, or saying anything that could become a problem in public. Built to a healthcare standard, on by default, not a setting.

Bad reviews stop sitting there

Reviews under 4 stars get a coached reply: a strategy suggestion, risk flags, and the things not to say. A tough one gets handled carefully instead of ignored. These never auto-post. A human approves every one.

An unfair review gets challenged

SureReply flags reviews that may violate Google's content policy and walks you through Google's own report process. One bad-faith review shouldn't define your business.

Sounds like you, not a bot

Each location gets its own voice profile. The tone, style, and specifics for your downtown spot don't bleed into your northside one.

Spanish reviews get Spanish replies

Reviews in Spanish, French, or other languages get answered in the same language. No copy-paste translation step. It just works.

You catch a review that changes

If someone edits their rating or text after you've already replied, SureReply flags it so your team can decide whether the live reply still fits.

Pricing

Less busywork than writing them yourself.

Most staff can write a good reply in 3 to 10 minutes. Across every review, that adds up, when it gets done at all. SureReply cuts the busywork and keeps replies from piling up, for $49 a location. Two plans, per location. Annual billing saves 17%. Six or more locations, reach out and we'll quote you.

Common questions

The short version.

Does this only work for dental practices?
No. It was built inside a dental group, which is why the privacy bar is so high, but it works for any business with Google reviews. Practices, clinics, and local businesses use it the same way. If a reply is safe to publish in a healthcare setting, it is more than safe for yours.
Does anything post to Google without my team approving it?
By default, no. Every reply requires your team's approval before it posts. A practice can separately opt in to 5-star auto-response for a specific location. That opt-in is explicit, admin-only, and limited to clearly positive 5-star reviews under rules you control. Everything under 5 stars always waits for a human.
Is SureReply HIPAA compliant, and does it need to be?
HIPAA covers patient records and protected health information. SureReply touches none of it. It never connects to your charts or practice management system, and works only with your public Google reviews, which are not covered health data. Every draft is written to keep a public reply healthcare-appropriate: it never confirms who is a patient, references treatment, or shares anything private. You approve each reply before it posts, so you stay responsible for what goes public. If your compliance team wants the specifics, we are glad to walk them through it.
Will the replies actually sound like our practice?
SureReply uses your practice profile, your team names, your specialty, and the specifics of each review. Drafts read like a real person from your office wrote them, because the system knows your office. The example replies above show the difference.
What happens with negative reviews?
Reviews at 3 stars or below get a coaching layer. SureReply suggests a strategy, flags reputation risks, and surfaces the things not to say. These never auto-post. Your team always handles the final reply.
How quickly can we get started?
Connect Google with one click. The queue fills with your reviews right away. We include a concierge setup call on both plans so you don't start alone.
Can we edit a draft before publishing?
Yes. Every draft is fully editable. Or use Refine with AI for a quick tone adjustment without rewriting from scratch.
We already use Birdeye / Weave / Podium. Why do we need this?
Those platforms give you a dashboard where reviews live. SureReply gives you a writer that actually drafts the replies. Most practices that use an all-in-one platform still have unanswered reviews. SureReply is what fixes that, without replacing the rest of your stack.
How much does it cost?
Core is $49/location/mo. Autopilot (adds 5-star auto-response and the Staff Mention Bonus Tracker) is $59/location/mo. Annual billing saves 17%. Six or more locations, reach out for volume pricing.

See it run on your reviews.

We connect your Google profile, load your team, tune your voice, and walk your first replies with you on a 30-minute call. After that it mostly runs itself. No long contract, no dashboard to learn.
