Data deletion instructions

Use this page to request deletion of your SureReply account data, disconnect Google, or revoke SureReply's access to Google Business Profile data.

Request account and data deletion

Email hello@surereply.ai from the email address associated with your SureReply account. Include:

We will confirm your request within 3 business days. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

Deletion timeline

Revoke Google access directly

You can revoke SureReply's access to your Google account at any time without waiting for a SureReply support response:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Find SureReply in the list of third-party apps with account access.
  3. Select SureReply, then choose the option to remove access.

Revoking Google access disables Google Business Profile review sync and response publishing for the affected account. It does not automatically delete your SureReply account, so email us if you also want account deletion.

Disconnecting from inside SureReply

If in-app disconnection controls are available in your account, you may disconnect Google from the SureReply application. If the control is not available or does not work, email hello@surereply.ai and we will handle the request manually.
